Qualified Journeyman Carpenter (Red Seal) - Paul Brodie

Since I was a young boy I have loved the smell of fresh sawdust and working with wood, drafting, and design, so it was no surprise after graduation to find myself enthusiastically enrolling at SAIT to study Architectural Technology. I was encouraged to take my carpentry apprenticeship certificate and qualified as a journeyman carpenter in 1976, also gaining my Inter-Provincial certificate.

For the past 45 years I have worked with wood and have developed a successful business producing high-end custom cabinetry for discerning homeowners. I specialize in providing quality hand-crafted cabinetry, and other works in wood, using the finest materials (I do not use MDF or particle board).

I can create custom cabinets to reflect your needs and style for any room in the home, and since I provide a truly personal service, I am able to give my full attention to each customer throughout the duration of their project.

I look forward to working with you from the inception to the satisfactory completion of your project.

to craftsmanship in custom woodwork

I also love to share my skills and experiences with aspiring woodworkers and offer a one-day carpentry class which helps each student hone their abilities.

Professional grade machinery, connected with an automated central dust collection system, provides a clean and safe work space and our small class sizes ensures each student receives lots of individual attention. It is a fun, informative day and is increasing in popularity. So, please contact me if you have any questions or want to enquire about custom woodwork or carpentry class. Contact me
